Pre-treatment instruction sheets for providing and recording individual pre-treatment instructions for dental patients taking warfarin or a direct oral anticoagulant (DOAC) can be downloaded from the SDCEP website.

Post-treatment advice sheets for patients, to which individual post-treatment instructions and local emergency contact details can be added, are also available.
